TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dros Y Dwr does not accept credit cards. Therefore We request within 5 days a minimum £40 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your bill. Balance to be paid on arrival.

Cheques to be made payable to A J Eastbrook please.

In the event of cancellation prior to 14 days of arrival we are willing to hold over the deposit for a period of six months to use against a future reservation (subject to availability). This reservation must be made within 6 weeks from the cancellation date.

Any bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, or curtailed, will be charged in full unless the accommodation is subsequently re-let.

We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover all eventualities.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
We are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. If at any time we feel that smoking has taken, or is taking place, those persons responsible will be told to leave. (Therefore we politely advise all smokers to find alternative accommodation).

We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time.
