Bed and Breakfast
BREAKFAST
We make every effort to source our fresh produce
locally and are committed to the Fairtrade philosophy. All of our breads
are home-baked and all our preserves are home-made.
For Starters:
A selection of cereals, fruit juices, home-made
muesli, dried fruit compote, yoghurt, home-made bread/toast, jams and marmalade,
tea and coffee.
Cooked Breakfast:
Traditional full (Welsh) breakfast: Dry-cured bacon, pork sausage, black pudding,
eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes. Bacon and eggs are supplied from a local farm
just across the estuary where all the animals are free to roam and the sausages
are made by our local butcher.

Eggs - poached, scrambled, boiled or fried.

Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon.

Pancakes.

Porridge.
Breakfast is usually served between 08:00 and 09:00
in the breakfast room on the ground floor. The view from the bay window is
spectacular in all weather - and the early birds get the window seats! We're
happy to make breakfast earlier for those wanting to get out into the hills.
