Barmouth has a railway station, on the Cambrian coast line which runs to Pwllheli. Several trains per day run from Shrewsbury. Approximate journey times to Barmouth are 2 hrs. 15mins from Shrewsbury, 3 hrs.15 mins. from Birmingham, and 5 hrs. from London Euston.
